    ZK series vacuum high temperature test system is a special universal testing machine and high temperature test attachment, which can be used to carry out tensile, compression, bending and shear tests under the conditions of high temperature and vacuum. The highest temperature can reach 2500 ℃, which is an ideal mechanical test system in the state of Aeronautics and Astronautics, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, and so on.








  • Functional characteristics


    * A furnace body and a furnace door adopts a double-layer water-cooled structure, other high temperature conduction component: Govinra (pressure) rod adopts water cooling structure.

    * The electric stove body adopts the front door opening structure, which is convenient for the operator to operate, and the observation window is arranged on the door, and the high temperature state can be observed at any time.

    * The rear side of the furnace body is provided with a colorimetric measuring window and a thermocouple inlet and outlet device.

    * The contact and seal structure of the thermocouple is adopted, and the long time work does not affect the vacuum degree of the system.

    * The deformation measurement chamber is a single low temperature vacuum chamber, the temperature is lower than 60 DEG C, and the influence of temperature on the deformation sensor is reduced.

    * The vacuum chamber is provided with a large observation window (diameter about 100mm), you can always observe the working state deformation measuring device.

    * All observation windows, temperature windows and other CF vacuum special observation window.

    * The high temperature test accessory is connected with the outside through the inlet bellows sealing device, and the rigidity is very small, which does not affect the test force measurement.
