According to the requirements of QC/T545-1999 ‘test method for automobile cylinder shock absorber’, AOWEI’s Test_PPSA2.5 test software provides relevant test modules. Durability test module mainly includes the following functions:
* The utility model can not only complete the single action test function of the shock absorber, but also can complete the double action test function.
* Double action endurance fatigue test of shock absorber using waveform superposition function.
* Test of power performance before and after durability test. Drawing indicator diagram, automatically calculate the recovery resistance and compression resistance.
* Set the number of fatigue test, the number of times to test, automatic stop.
* Provide shock absorber durability test report.
* The system has a complete file operation function for the test curve and test data storage, at the same time, the test data can be stored in the form of ASCII code, in order to facilitate the user for two data processing.
